McMILLIAN, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction entered by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, on a jury verdict finding him guilty of murder, sec- . ond degree, § 559.030, RSMo 1969, V.A.M. *337S., and assessing his punishment at ten (10) years in the custody of the Department of Corrections.

For reversal the defendant has brought forward four claims of error: (1) failure of the state to make a submissible case; (2)admission of state’s exhibit without proper identification; (3) improper cross-examination of defendant’s wife and (4) failure to correct improper…
