This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court affirming an order of the probate court of Jackson county, suspending the executor of an estate named in the will and appointing in his stead an administrator pendente lite.
The facts of record are that Margaret Luck Roff died in Kansas City, Missouri, on March 11, 1926. On March 20, 1926, a will of the deceased was offered for probate in the probate court of Jackson county at Kansas City, devising all her property, real, personal and mixed, to her stepchildren, namely, E.
