This is an original petition for writ of prohibition brought by Ewing C. Sadler, County Attorney of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, against the Honorable W. A. Lackey, Judge of the Eighteenth Judicial District of the State of Oklahoma. From the petition filed herein, it appears one Bill Tippit, Jr., was bound over to the District Court from the Justice of the Peace Court in a preliminary hearing on a charge of manslaughter.
