Plaintiffs-Appellants, collectively referred to as “Teen Ranch,” 1 appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgement in favor of Defendants-Appellees, collectively referred to as the Family Independence Agency (“FIA”), 2 on Téen Ranch’s constitutional and statutory reli gious discrimination claims. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM the district court’s grant of summary judgement.
