Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (James R McCormack, J.), entered May 22, 2015. The order, insofar as appealed from, granted that branch of the defendants’ motion which was to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7).
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
