This appeal is from a verdict and judgment for plaintiff in an automobile collision case in which defendant collided with plaintiff across the center line on plaintiffs side of the road.

The jury verdict was for complainant in the amount of $16,771.52 and judgment was entered thereon, and appeal to this court followed. Held:
