Respondent Ross Packing Company, Inc., at all times hereinafter mentioned was, and still is, engaged in operating a fruit dehydrating plant at Payette, Idaho, and at all times hereinafter mentioned, I.R. Woodward was, and still is, a duly and regularly licensed and practicing physician and surgeon at Payette.
