The Chicago Bar Association and certain of its members filed a complaint in chancery against the United Taxpayers of America, a corporation not for pecuniary profit, and Earl G. Teeter, a certified public accountant, who both sides agreed should be treated as one, to enjoin them “from practicing law in any form, either directly or indirectly, or from holding themselves . . . out as having the right to practice law or the right to represent others in tax matters before the Department of Finance of the State of Illinois ... or in preparing or filing claims for refunds of taxes” etc. Defendants…
