HULBERT, District Judge.

Plaintiffs commenced this action on November 27, 1945 and issue was joined January 7, 1946. The case is now on the 'Civil Jury Trial Calendar of this court.

The current motion is for leave to serve an amended complaint. Disposition there*229of was held in abeyance until the filing and service of a proposed amended complaint (see my opinion May 13, 1948, 8 F.R.D. 227) which was filed on May 27, 1948.

It consists of 62 pages, many of which are single spaced, and 11 exhibits.
