MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HARPER, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for relief from judgment filed pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b).
The salient facts pertinent to this motion are as follows: Plaintiffs brought this action for an alleged violation of the Consumer Credit Protection Act of 1968 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., commonly known as the Truth-in-Lending Act, and Regulation Z, 12 CFR 226.1 et seq., as promulgated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
