WALTER, Justice.

This suit was filed by J. S. Warlick against Myrtle Mae Chandler, administra-trix of the estate of W. J. Cunningham, Sr., deceased, to establish a claim against said estate for the sum of $753, plus interest, for services rendered to W. J. Cunningham, Sr., during his life time, as a male nurse. The administratrix pleaded a general denial, the ninety day period of limitations provided for in Article 3522, the two year statute of limitations and res judicata.
