The appellant and other creditors of P. S. McCutchen & Son had attachments issued out of the circuit court of Cullman county and levied on the stock of goods and other property while it was being moved by appellee from McCutchen’s store in Bailey-ton, Ala., to the store of the appellee in Cullman, Ala.
