David Valentine appeals his convictions of robbery in the first degree, § 560.120, RSMo 1969, and armed criminal action, § 559.225, RSMo Supp.1976, contending: (1) the armed criminal action charge under § 559.225 violates the constitutional protection against being twice put in jeopardy for the same offense, the statute is invalid under art.
