Reversing.

In the year 1928 H. M. Holland and wife, Permelia Holland, conveyed to their son, M. H. Holland, one of the appellees, a certain 30-acre tract of land in Marshall county on which they made their home, subject to a life 'estate they reserved to themselves therein. Also in the year 1929 they further conveyed to the same grantee a 210-acre tract of farm land in Marshall county. Some years after these conveyances were made to M. H.
