ORDER

STECKLER, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of the defendant to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, or for transfer. Plaintiff has responded and moved to strike the affidavit of Clark Galehouse, defendant’s president, submitted in support of the defendant’s motion.

Jurisdiction in this action is predicated upon diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332, plaintiff being an Indiana corporation and defendant being a New York corporation with its principal place of business in New York. The complaint alleges that plaintiff sold and delivered certain goods…
