IRENAS, Senior District Judge.
Currently before this Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Reargument of the Court’s Order dated October . 12, 1 2004. 2 For the reasons set forth below, the Court will grant Plaintiffs motion, vacate the Order of October 12, 2004, and deny Defendants’ motion to dismiss Plaintiffs state law claims.
