This is an appeal from a decree enjoining the appellant, Hugh F. Bland, a former first vice-president, sales manager and director of the respondent, Opie Brush Company, a corporation, from competing with it. The record does not affirmatively disclose that the amount in dispute, independent of all contingencies, is in excess of $15,000.00. We have jurisdiction.
