HADEN, Chief Judge.

In this Section 1983 action, the Plaintiff, an inmate at the West Virginia Penitentiary, is seeking to recover monetary damages against the two remaining Defendants, Correctional Officers David Bradley and Richard Anderson, for either their intentional or negligent deprivation of his personal property rights.
