The First National Bank of Amarillo brought this suit against Charles W. Sanger, declaring on a note for $10,000, dated January 15, 1910, alleged to have been payable to O. W. Butt, and that its payment was secured by 100 shares of stock in the Panhandle Packing Company, issued to Charles W. Sanger, and attached to said note as collateral. By his answer defendant Sanger made the National Bank of Commerce, H. B. Sanborn, Amarillo Bank & Trust Company, Will A. Miller, Jr., J. W. Crudgington, M. O. Nobles, and the Amarillo Improvement Company parties defendant, and alleged that said $10,000 note…
