Chase Manhattan Bank (National Association) (“Chase”) filed an involuntary petition in bankruptcy, 11 U.S.C. § 303(b), seeking the entry of an order for relief under Chapter 7 (liquidation) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 (the “Code”) 1 against B.
