Presently before this court are the preliminary objections of Events International, Inc. (Events); Community Benefit Services, Inc., a/k/a CBS Telemarketing (CBS); James Nordmark (Nordmark), individually; and Jerry L. Peterson (Peterson), individually (collectively, Defendants) to the amended complaint 1 filed in this court’s original jurisdiction by Attorney General Ernest Preate, Jr. (Attorney General) on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Also before this court is the preliminary objection of the Attorney General to one of the Defendants’ preliminary objections.…
