This is an action brought to recover damages, as appears in the writ dated August 2, A. D. 1906, and returnable to the Superior Court, Providence county, September 11, A. D. 1906, for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff while in the employ of defendant on the twentieth day of April, A. D. 1905, through the negligence of said defendant.(1) The plaintiff, Ohannes Chobanian, was injured about 2 a. m., on the twentieth day of April, A.
