Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent, dated August 25, 1986, which, after hearing, found that the petitioner Facey, a licensed real estate broker, demonstrated untrustworthiness and that the petitioner Hall, a notary public, engaged in misconduct, and imposed penalties.

Adjudged that the determination is confirmed and the proceeding is dismissed on the merits, with costs.
