OPINION
CANTU, Justice.
This is an ad valorem tax suit. Appel-lees, various taxing authorities, sued appellants for delinquent ad valorem taxes allegedly due for tax years 1977, 1978 and 1979. Trial was to the court and judgment was rendered in favor of the taxing authorities for delinquent taxes, penalties, interest and attorney fees.
