*455¶1 R.M., the father of J.M., appeals the District Court’s order terminating his parental rights. The dispositive issue on appeal is whether the District Court properly admitted hearsay testimony from Officer Darcy Dahl that created the evidentiary support for designating J.M. a youth in need of care. We affirm.
