In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the *681plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Taylor, J.), dated September 22, 2004, which granted the defendants’ separate motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them and denied, as academic, the plaintiff’s cross motion for summary judgment.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
