Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Schenectady County) to review a determination of respondents which, among other things, suspended petitioner’s license to participate in harness racing for a period of 45 days.
Petitioner is a professional harness racehorse driver and trainer, licensed by the Racing and Wagering Board.
