In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bayne, J.), dated August 1, 2014, which, upon a jury verdict on the issue of liability in favor of the defendants, is in favor of the defendants and against her dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, with costs, the complaint is reinstated, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for a new trial before a different Justice.
