BUFORD, J.:

On appeal we review a decree of the Circuit Court of Alachua County, Florida, validating the negotiable coupon bonds of Alachua County, Florida, in the sum of $100,000.00.

The final decree is as follows

“This cause came on to be heard at chambers in the Court house in Gainesville, Florida, on the petition of Alachua County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, and the separate and several answers of the State of Florida by its State Attorney of the Judicial Circuit wherein is located Alachua County, of M.
