This is an appeal from a decision of the 34th District Court of El Paso County, Texas, denying the petition of appellant herein, which petition asks that defendant Carl A. Longuemare, Chairman of the El Paso County Democratic Executive Committee, be required to strike the name of R. E. Crawford as a candidate for the office of Justice of Peace, Precinct No. 1, in the July Democratic primary, from the ballot thereof, and which decision further directs the said Longuemare to place the name of R.
