Main, J. —
This action is based upon an indemnity bond. The trial was to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact from which it was concluded that the plaintiff was entitled to recover. Judgment was entered against the defendant in the sum of $350.10, from which it appeals.
The respondent, Spokane Security Finance Corporation, is engaged in the business of making mortgage loans upon personal property in the city of Spokane.
