CONOVER, Judge.

Plaintiff-Appellant Dean Madlem (Mad-lem) appeals the Noble Cireuit Court's judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees Victor Arko (Arko) and Marla M. Johnston (Johnston) in a negligent notarization case.

Affirmed.

This appeal presents the following issues:(a) whether the trial court erred by

1. placing the burden of persuasion regarding the custom and practice of Elkhart County attorneys and notaries upon Madlem,
