This is an original proceeding in prohibition seeking to prevent the respondent cir*754cuit judge from proceeding in the cause entitled “M. Louise Parkhurst, Personal Representative of the Estate of Raymond George Parkhurst, Deceased v. Wendy R. Tinnon, Defendant, Cause No. CV692-327CC,” now pending in the Circuit Court of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
