In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant third-party plaintiff, Production *699Associates, Inc., appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Amann, J.), dated May 20, 1994, which granted the motion of the third-party defendant, McDonald’s Corporation, to dismiss the third-party complaint.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the motion to dismiss the third-party complaint is denied.
