Norman Robbin petitions us for a writ of certiorari or, in the alternative, a writ of prohibition to review an ex parte order of the Circuit Judges of the 18th Judicial Circuit (Brevard and Seminole counties), entered without notice to Mr. Robbin, refusing to honor the Governor’s appointment of Mr. Robbin as official court reporter for said Circuit and, instead, appointing one Mr. Gray Brewer as the official court reporter of said Circuit.
