Affirming.
Appellant, June Hunter, has been convicted of murder, and sentenced to confinement in the penitentiary for life. The appeal is prosecuted from the judgment of the Harlan circuit court so convicting- him.
The reasons urged why the judgment should be reversed make it necessary only briefly to summarize the facts. Wager Wilson, a deputy sheriff of Harlan county, had certain warrants of arrest in his hands for appellant.
