OPINION

BROWN, Judge.

Margarita Aguirre appeals her conviction for resisting law enforcement as a class A misdemeanor.1 Aguirre presents one issue, which we revise and restate as whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain her conviction. We reverse.

The facts most favorable to the conviction follow. On August 9, 2010, Aguirre was involved in a vehicle accident, and Officer Stephanie Green of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was dispatched to the scene.
