MEMORANDUM OPINION

STEPHEN S. MITCHELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the court on the objection, originally filed by the debtor when it was a debtor in possession, to Claim No. 12 filed by Potomac Valley Brick and Supply Company (“Potomac Valley”) in the amount of $19,828. The claim is for goods sold to the debtor and includes, in addition to principal and interest, $4,639.56 in attorney’s fees. The objection was solely to the claimed attorneys fees.
