The defendant, Harry Minor, was indicted in the criminal court of Cook county for the robbery of twenty-two dollars, a wrist watch and a purse, by force and intimidation, from' a young woman. A jury found him guilty, as charged. Motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were overruled, and defendant was sentenced to the penitentiary for an indeterminate term of not less than one nor more than twenty years imprisonment. Minor prosecutes this writ of error.
