Defendant Stephen Brooks appeals from the district court’s denial of defendant’s motion to withdraw his guilty plea. We hold that the court had no jurisdiction to consider defendant’s motion, and vacate the order.
The relevant facts are not in dispute. In 1995 and 1996, defendant was convicted of several charges, including one count of obstruction of justice, and was placed on probation.
