Steven Weiss, the trustee in this chapter 7 case (which was converted from chapter 11 after confirmation) (the “Trustee”), seeks a declaratory judgment concerning the rights of various parties claiming liens and interests in real estate standing in the name of Thunderbolt Realty Trust (the “Debtor”).
