Leonard Anderson has filed a Petition for Review of an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board affirming a referee’s decision dismissing his petition for reinstatement of workmen’s compensation benefits for total disability under Section 413 of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act, Act of *583June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §772. We affirm.
