FINAL COPY S24G0336, S24G0340. SATCHER et al. v. COLUMBIA COUNTY; and vice versa. PETERSON, Presiding Justice. This is a lawsuit brought by a group of property owners against Columbia County (“the County”) over stormwater drainage. The property owners won a permanent injunction and money damages at trial, and the County appealed to the Court of Appeals, which ruled in favor of the property owners on certain aspects of the judgment and in favor of the County on others.
