MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs North Fork Country, LLC (“North Fork”) and Mulford Publishing, LLC (“Mulford”) filed the complaint in this action in September 2003, alleging, inter alia, copyright infringement, unfair competition, and breach of contract claims against defendants William R. Baker (“Baker”), Lisa Gluck “(Gluck”) 1 and Bak er Publications, Inc. (“Baker Publications”).
