In connection with a shooting at an apartment complex, Eldreco Craft was convicted of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, criminal damage to property in the first degree, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He argues on appeal that the state violated Batson v.
