Mrs. H. S. Herrington brought suit against Mrs. W. E. Wimberly Jr., and Paul Doyal “as tax-commissioner of the State of Georgia,” to recover a money judgment against Mrs. Wimberly, and to obtain an injunction and receivership with respect to the salary being earned by her as an employee of the State in the department of the tax-commissioner. The court sustained general demurrers severally filed by the defendants, and dismissed the peti*537tion; and the plaintiff excepted.
