MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING HABEAS CORPUS

This habeas corpus case involves a state prisoner who is serving a mandatory life sentence in the Missouri penitentiary imposed in 1952 on a plea of guilty tendered after a five or ten minute consultation with appointed counsel. The Supreme Court of Missouri affirmed the trial court’s denial of petitioner’s Missouri Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R. postconviction motion in State v. Pedicord, Sup.Ct. of Mo., Div. 1, 1969, 437 S.W.2d 87.
