Bailey, M.D. (“Dr. Bailey”) and Appalachian Emergency Physicians (“AEP”) (collectively, “Appellants”) appeal from a $2.75 million jury verdict in favor of Karen Taylor Bagheri (“Appellee”) in a medical malpractice action involving death.
