WARRINGTON, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the court below reversing an order of a referee in bankruptcy. The order so reversed directed the trustee in bankruptcy to return to appellant certain goods, called “footwear.” which, before the proceeding in bankruptcy was begun, appellant had delivered to the bankrupt, one Kleyn. When Kleyn obtained the goods, he was engaged in the retail shoe business in the city of Holland, Mich.
