This is an appeal from a judgment for plaintiffs in the sum of $16,423.95 against defendant, Farmers Union Property and Casualty Company, and in the sum of $13,955.78 against defendant, Wheat Growers Mutual Insurance Company. The action involved five separate hail insurance policies issued by defendants to plaintiffs. Plaintiffs claimed a sum of $27,884.70 against defendant, Farmers Union Insurance Company, hereinafter referred to as F. U.
